Refund & Cancellation
To secure your place on the retreat, we make significant non-refundable payments in advance. For this reason, all bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations such as a positive COVID-19 test, other health issues, personal or family emergencies, changes in work schedules, unfavorable weather, or travel disruptions like missed, delayed, or canceled flights or ferries.

We deeply understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, we are happy to support you in finding someone to take your spot. If you're unable to attend, we can share your place with our community—via our social media and waitlist. While many spots do get resold, we can’t guarantee it.

Liability
Your well-being is deeply important to us. While we take care to create a safe and nurturing environment, we kindly ask each guest to take full responsibility for their health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the retreat.

Please ensure you have travel insurance that includes medical coverage and emergency transport home, should the need arise. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during your stay. We also encourage you to take precautions with your personal items, as each guest is responsible for safeguarding their own belongings.
